About
The CEPT University’s City Leadership Program convenes mayors, commissioners and other senior leaders from 16 municipal corporations in Uttar Pradesh to facilitate peer-to-peer learning on innovations in local governance and tackling leadership and management challenges. It lays emphasis on sharing examples of transformative urban projects and leading practices steered by local governments in Gujarat, particularly Ahmedabad and Surat, both of which have achieved significant development progress over the last two decades and continue to remain at the forefront of local governance and planning.
Program Structure
The four-day residential program combines classroom-training and interaction with local government leaders from Ahmedabad and Surat, with site visits, expert inputs and peer learning sessions.
